My Mouse Wont Work (solved)

Hi,
I understand that this is steam forums and not a tech forum but i need help. I bought a new gaming mouse and it arrived today (zelotes t90) its a cheap mouse and it looked and sounded great on amazon. The only problem is that it dosent work. When i plug it in nothing happens and the mouse is unresponsive. As well as when i check device manager its not listed. Its as if the mouse isnt being recognized by my laptop. ive seening nothing about this online and all the reviews on amazon never mentioned the mouse not working. Its supposed to be a plug and play type mouse so no drivers were installed when plugged in the first time. I need help because i really dont feel like returning this (because im lazy) thanks in advance.

yes and it still dosent work on those either

Then it sounds like the mouse is DOA. I'm afraid. I think I have the same mouse.

Ergonomic grip with side lights, a DPI switch behind the scroll wheel and small grey button to the left of left click?

Yeah I thought I had the same. It's definitely P&P. You'll have to get a refund or replacement. It is actually a decent mouse and hopefully you'll get a replacement.

yo guys I have that same mouse it worked about 4 months and then one day It started lighting up white multiple times what does this mean?

I have the same mouse, does anyone know if there is software for it? if so please link it.

i had the same issue when i bought a cheap mouse, ended up installing some logitech mouse drivers and it got it working, even though the mouse was not a logitech mouse.

I had this same problem. All you have to do is clean the USB.
