Remove free to play game from steam library.

I already know about the deleting the local content to remove the game from my library. But i'm looking for how to remove a game so that it stops saying "(Name of game) is already in my steam library" after I have uninstalled it. I know there was a way to do it before but I must have forgotten how. Any help on how to fix this is appreciated, thanks.

Select your game and click on "I want to permanently remove this game from my account".

Thanks for your help, but will i have to reinstall a game just to delete it off my library for good?

I cant remove free games: Team Fortress, DC Universe and Dota 2. Can anyone help? The option doesn't shows... The games aren't in my library but continues in my PROFILE > GAMES
