Purchased (and paid) game still in Cart

I've purchased a game today and I've paid it (it's written of my bank account), but the game still is in the shopping cart and not in my library. It takes a while (sometimes a couple of hours) to get into my library.

This problem is occuring since a couple of months now and it's really annoying. Previously I buy a game and it was in my library instantly.

Do more people experience this problem?

Welcome. Me too. I will give steam until tomorrow 12am to fix it or will refund and inform the publisher about steams fault.
