Refund for an unwanted gift?
I gifted a game which shall remain nameless to a friend. He hated it and flagged it for refund. Is there actually a way to get my money back? Does it go into my steam wallet? How does that work?

Well if you have not played more than two hours of the game you can refund the game but if it's over 2 hours you can't refund the game. How long have you played this game?

If he requested the refund you should get a message where you can agree to it. After that the money will be refunded to you. ( the original buyer) Of course only if the refund rules apply, no more playtime then 2 hours, not longer then 2 weeks since purchase.

Yes that's what I said if he played more that 2 hours he can't get a refund.
