Crosscheck steam libraries?

I would like to find a way to compare my library with someone else's. The purpose is to see which games another user has, that I have not.

Online I found websites that could tell which games two different users would have in COMMON, but not the opposite. Is it possible?

Click games we both own to compare.
Example.

Your link does not work (maybe because it links to my own library) can you make a screen or give a link to someone else library?

I can only see the checkbox 'filter games that we both own' if I visit the library of a friend, next to the 'filter' text box....not the opposite.

Go to any open profile. Click mine, Click games, check the filters.

Maybe the additions are due to the plugin im running.

I am running enhanced steam as well since long....can you please try to do the same from the steam client? Are you running a beta version for the client?

From my steam client AND from browser+enhanced steam I get what I show in my screenshot.

p.s. wait now it correctly shows the 2 tickboxes....maybe the plugin needed more time to load the enhanced function. but can you confirm that this is a plugin thing and it is not possible from the normal steam client? they should add this in an update.
