social club not working tried everything reward for fix!

i put my email and pass when launching gta5 on sc, it goes to loading where the sign in button is then the sign in button appears again and nothing happens... i tried reinstalling the game and social club and i tried disabling antivirus/firewall and network reset and a bunch of other fixes but nothing workes, i went to my documents C:\Users\alex\Documents\Rockstar Games\Social Club and read the file called "socialclub_launcher.log" which concludes that some sign ins worked but in offline mode:

i tried using the auto sign in doc files and it auto signs in in offline mode and requests activation and online connection(which i already have) i used to play it before on this pc with no problems i dk why its happening..

i have win 8.1 8gb ram vga updated 960m
what i tried so far:
deleting game and sc and reinstalling
updating windows
deleting sc docs folder
disabling antivirus/firewall
renaming sc folder(the support told me to do it but it dident work)
resetting network dns and stuff
port forwarding and static ip
and a bunch of other stuff to no avail.
anyone who helps me solve it gets a 25$ steam game of his choice im a man of my word check my profile comments.

You have also deleted Rockstar games ffolders from docs too?

yes and still dident work it just created a new faulty one

Have you into your firewall and allow through Social Club UI (subprocess.exe) and any other GTA 5 related things that are there.

Also check DNS in c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts. Make a backup and delete the DNS servers from Rockstar if they are there

Start the installation and try a repair option to see if that works

sign in to rockstar social club with your browser , link it to your steam account , leave the window open in the background , start the game , do the login procedure in the popup

are you on a campus ip ? some schools block games so the students dont eat up the bandwidth on non school related stuff

and if you're on a laptop you might have a problem , laptop chipsets are not supported , check the requirements , they are pretty specific as to what will work and wont

there's your problem , steam frowns on going out of region with a vpn , thats why i bet your having trouble now

pike it doesnt work on 3g either so i dont think thats the prob and it used to work on vpn just fine.. and my laptop is supported
