Well that's stupid. The email won't work for me. ♥♥♥♥ Steam.
Maybe this can be of use?:

Ignore the fact it's about Steam Guard code, most of the principles are the same regardless.
If you start using the Steam Mobile Authenticator, the confirmations will go to your Steam Mobile -app, not to your e-mail.
When I click ''confirm trade'' it goes to a page with this:
''There was an error confirming this trade. Please try again later.''
It's stupid because he got his items but I don't have mine

If it did and it lists you got items, have you tried to re-synchronize your inventory by for example listing something on the Steam Community Market; and then unlisting it?
It says the trade is still on hold.
Trade Holds last 1 day with people you've befriended for over 365 days; 3 days with others.

It says the items will be delivered and the trade hold will end on the 31st of January.. that sucks but atleast I'm getting my stuff. Thank you so much for the help
