(SOLVED) How do I disable the trade confirmation email?
I just traded with a guy and he got the items but not me, when I click on the confirmation email it goes to an error page, and it still says the trade is on hold..

When I go to my profile and click my privacy settings, I can't see a button to disable it, this is incredibly annoying, please help.

Don't make ''I'm having this problem too'' comments, they are not helpful and a waste of time.

Ignore the fact it's about Steam Guard code, most of the principles are the same regardless.


If you start using the Steam Mobile Authenticator, the confirmations will go to your Steam Mobile -app, not to your e-mail.

It's stupid because he got his items but I don't have mine

Okay, did the trade go through if you look here?:

If it did and it lists you got items, have you tried to re-synchronize your inventory by for example listing something on the Steam Community Market; and then unlisting it?

In that case the trade has been confirmed.

Trade Holds last 1 day with people you've befriended for over 365 days; 3 days with others.

It says the items will be delivered and the trade hold will end on the 31st of January.. that sucks but atleast I'm getting my stuff. Thank you so much for the help
