Gaming key pad for DayZ

I am a disabled vet that is extremely motivated to play DayZ. I only have use of right hand. Is it possible to play with gaming key pad ie Razer Orbweaver Chroma - Elite RGB Mechanical Gaming Keypad or other?

i think i read that someone was able to create a profile for the steam controller to work for a one-handed person , maybe check the steam controller forum and ask there

For a game like DayZ, you will want the haptic pad to simulate the mouse, which is impossible with a keypad.

Steam controller is a great suggestion to look into, it worked for skyrim

You can remap every button on a per game basis, it has an extra button where your ring and pinky would rest on a xbox controller, and prolly most of all, it has gyros so you can move by just tilting the controller.

that's great for shooters and such. Ill look into it. DayZ has many commands. kneel ,prone ,sprint, inventory, switching inventory from hand to pack while moving , peeking ,not to mention the f keys,etc
