I can not add friends to the list

I do not see why it can not...?When I want to add a friend,Steam says that my account does not qualify and friends list is full but I have only 2 friends of 250...???Where is the problem?I have 4 games on Steam,I once bought in the store and 3 I received when buying a new graphics card.I'm no hacker, but I want to play with friends,but I can not because I can not add it to the list.I expected better service from STEAM,and not, when I have legal game, so I'll have a blocked accountWhat should I do so that I can normally use your account and add friends ????

You need to spend atleast 5$ with your steam account to add friends. They should still be able to add you though.

Those don't count for account unlimitation.

The purchase has to be made on Steam Store itself; or $5 USD has to be added on Steam.

Add or spend $5 USD on Steam. That's the requirement.

Otherwise you'll remain limited.

Because what matters is whether or not you've spent enough; not how long you've been a member.

Local files have nothing to do with this.

If you didn't have this restriction before, then perhaps you're on the wrong Steam -account.
