Stuck on 2nd high rise fire mission in Rescue 2 everyday heroes

Im trying to pass the high rise fire mission involving the mayors personal art studio being its a high rise emergency requiring a dry riser pack i have sent my crew up there several times after establishing circulating water source via booster hydrant to LFE and clicking on top floor booster supply for my crew to attach their pack to in order to put out the fires it doesnt come up with the w/flames meaning put out a fire in their tool bar

Is there something im doing wrong or need to do differently also the ladder truck allows the fire fighters access to the top floor but it wont let them climb down to get another extinguisher

Please help

If you can't find any info on the specific page for the game itself... how can you hope to find them here, in the generic discussions?
