Report a translation problem
1.) Check your system temperatures (CPU, GPU, motherboard etc.)
2.) Check for extraneous running programs/processes
3.) Do a thorough malware/virus scan (these can rob CPU cycles and memory and could very well cause frame drops)
4.) Test your RAM with something like MemTestX86 or the built-in memory diagnostic program in Windows 7 or newer
5.) Try a fresin install/update of your GPU drivers.
6.) Scan your Hard-Drive for errors.
7.) Open up your case and use compressed air to clean out any dust or debris, try unplugging the GPU from its slot and re-seating it firmly.
Computer problems can be any number of things, don't rule anything out when you're troubleshooting.
