Direct Communication with Valve

Does anyone have the slightest clue how to talk to someone in management at Valve/Steam/Dota2. Even someone employed by them would be adequate. I frequently play their game and have created content regarding their game (Dota 2) and it is not something that would be sold through the market at this time. I am looking to discuss this further but haven't the slightest how to get in touch with Valve. The phone number is unhelpful, and as this is not a common thing, the support contacts do not really fit what I am looking for.

Selling mods or such for a game is usually illegal without permission and don't expect them to hand that ability out to just anyone as all you could do is ask for donations unless steam brings back the horrible pay for mods that everyone hated.

Direct links to communicate with them outside of support tickets will not be given to the general public for obvious reasons so just use that for now.
