Just go to the workshop page in question, navigate to the mod you want to comment on, and scroll allllllll the way to the bottom. You may see some other comments. There should be a box next to your name and profile pic, saying leave a comment.

If you can't see this box, or you get an error when posting a comment, that is a different story...

Also, you have to have spent $5 out of your OWN money to be able to add friends, comment, ect. I checked your profile and saw your games (Which are more than $5, so it shouldn't be a problem, unless all of them were gifted to you)

you have to spend 5$ on your steam account to unlock your account. You not spending 5$ direcly for unlocking it but anything you like for example a game or keys or anything else...as soon as you have spended 5$ on steam you getting unlocked and can comment.

You forget that many ppl using key seller sites in which case the games was bought on their own but not on steam.


PS: Pointlel has only 3 games where espacially TF2 is F2P. Also his profile is public but he is lvl 0 = he has not an unlocked account.
