Does pending money means vaulve has refunded?

Hello i have currendley refunded uncraft because i did not like it i also got within a few hours 10 euro pending money and i did read its useless until vaulve gives me it within 7 days my question however is did vaulve already looked at it to make the money pending or does that mean it has to be reviewed by vaulve if vaulve already looked at it why did thay not just add it already!

so this means that vaulve argreed to me thanks vaulve that game whas afuel and buggy now i can use the money for better games ^_^

Pending means the refund was accepted but that the funds aren't available to use yet untli they verify the funds are valid.

After a few days it should be approved for use.
