Can I change my Workshop download folder?
I need my mods to install on my secondary drive. Not enough space on my SSD. Can I do this? It works if I download mods off the web - games run on the SSD with mods running simultaniously on my secondary drive.

As I wrote in your other thread

You could try making a symbolic link.
  1. Exit the Steam -client
  2. (On your SSD): Head to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\
  3. Move the <app-ID> -folder on your secondary drive.
  4. (On your secondary disk): Rename the folder if you want to, i.e. <Game> Mods
  5. Open up cmd.exe with administrator priviledges (type cmd.exe in start menu -> RMB -> Run as administrator)
      mklink /d "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\<app-ID>" "E:\Games\Mods\<Game> Mods\"

(This should create a folder in workshop\content\ that redirects to your secondary disk's location where the files actually are.)

The former path is "FROM" and the latter path is "TO".

Thanks Teutep. I posted twice as I thought I did so in the wrong discussion. I will try this.
