How to earn Emote Packs
I have Undertale, but i heard there is emotes of it. However, I cannot seem to get any emote pack... What do i need to do? I completed the game 2 times, so what now?

You can get them and/or profile backgrounds as random drops when you craft the game's badge. Or just buy them on the market.

If you mean the emoticons, you need to buy them or earn them from crafting the badge for the ghame by getting cards check the Steam Market:

Emoticon packs? You mean emoticons? Like one of these::bh::Dweed::HesistantRobot:? You will need to collect cards by playing the game, once youearn around half of all the cards, you will need to trade or buy the remaining cards off the Community Market. Then craft the badge, you will receive a random emoticon with a Steam background and (Maybe) a level-up.
