Sniper Elite 3, Band of Heroes, Sniper Nazi Zombies, DLC, season passes and you!
Having been awesome enough to enjoy the sales, I came across an issue that has put me in the "trying to make too many purchases" timeout corner. I was unaware the consumer should be punished for consuming, especially when advertised, but I digress.

When purchasing the pack, it turned out I'd already owned some of the games, which was okay as the savings made up for it and it would have been easier to simply buy and lose a couple of bucks, NO, not only was I to give Gabe money, I was to save money while doing so.

For some inexplicable reason, despite getting past the overlap sale issue that should have shown me what was to be removed, it only gave me two items, Nazi Sniper 1 and 2 as I already own the trillogy, I think, as I have yet to confirm as I'm still locked down, because it has an update to 1 and 2.

Company of Heroes, Britsh Forces, doesn't register as owned, but can't buy it as it says I already own it. So that had to go, hope I'm not missing a sale and it's telling the truth.

But WORST OF THE WORST is Sniper Elite!

They've listed their single game, their single game + season pass, as well as a pack containing all three. The cart gives me no warning as to what the problem was, but after removing half the list, some of which weren't put back on the wishlist, it becomes obvious that this game had managed to put in at least 4 conflicting sales items, none of which tell you except for the title, but when you're making a large purchase, what was supposed to be convenient, became a struggle to, put in every single item individually, sift through and eventually start putting them on the wishlist to buy everything seperate, and then only to be told to wait because I'm buying too many items.

Could someone PLEASE remove, clarify or otherwise clean up some of the sales items?

And when it comes to special editions and sales, can you give us a heads up that the super shiny version isn't for sale at all? Ghost in the Shell's elite version was quite the shock considering the other three packs, as well as the 3$ price tag on the base item. If I were a lesser man I would have discontinued putting it in my cart just there and that's why I'm bringing this issue to fore, not that it needs to or that it's new information.

But the long and short of it is, why should I be punished for a sloppy steam sale page and an overlap warning that clearly hasn't kept pace and seems to be mangled in with similiar out of date overlap prevention systems?

And what kills me; the answer will probably be about scammer protection, which I totally get, but the consumer is not the scammer and doesn't like being treated as such and I don't feel like giving my DNA to prove it for ease of access in a system that should have improved beyond this kind of problem by now.

All the internets in the world only to be told to wait. :fistshake:
