Any way to force a game to launch minimized?

I have a game set to launch whenever my computer turns on, but I don't want it to pop up on the desktop immediately. I don't think there's a launch option to force it to run minimized by default. The game is natively windowed, and I can minimize it manually just fine, I just want to automate this process.

You can start it with a Batch file:
