It has been 30+ mins since this happened because I was trying to guess the password to be very old smurf but did not successfully log in. How long am I supposed to wait before I can log into my steam account?

There should be a "Forgot my password" link that you can click to have Steam reset the password for that account.

Before you log in to Steam, wherever you're trying to log in to your old account.

I'm not trying to log in to my old account, I'm trying to log in to the account I'm logged in right now. I already know the password and everything but it's not letting me log in to any of my steam accounts with the 100% correct information.

You're only able to be logged into one account at a time when using the client. You can try accessing Steam via your browser and logging into those accounts there.

I just need to know how much more longer I have to wait before I can log into any of my accounts. I can log into the browser and steam app but just not the steam desktop application

launch the steam app. then go to steam Guard, you will see the codes. try clicking on the code until you will see the text in the lower left that says "Using Corrected Time". then use the code.
