It might work on Windows Desktop, however do not expect it to be able to be applied in each game, possibly due to being Full Screen (which is a seperate refresh from the Desktop) and you might not be able to use that refresh on all resolutions.
With those 100hz settings for CSGO, try running the game in Borderless Windowed Mode.
I hope you have a warranty on the Laptop for quite some time.
As breaking the screen (which could happen at any time due to OC refresh rate) are expensive to replace, and usually one of most PITA parts to physically replace sometimes. TBO I would just hookup a better Monitor and have the game run on that, rather than even bother with OC'ing your laptop screen.
I've written that I tried the windowed borderless option and it worked. I want to know if it is possible on a fullscreen.
It also worked on fullscreen windowed but if you choose this option you cannot change the resolution anymore.
Don't worry about my laptop ;)
