"Your questions | Sign out | Edit account " Your questions is where I am already and the other two won't do me any good.
FFL, I did choose steam, on the list of options Steam leaves you with, there is no option pertaing to what I need to know, yet it is a question pertaing to something in their own settings not working. A fair question to ask if there ever was one. the least they could do is give "other" as an option and then let the customer contact them instead of what they seem to be doing, making it difficult by design. Just selected Steam again and they now want me to enter some code as they say I'm signing in from another browser, but same exact browser, and I have no idea what code. Beginning to think they just dfon't want to waiste their time on their paying customers, hence all the roadblocks.
but in the end, I am and evidently was able to get to the right area. I just need to know how to ask a question of them, not just for now but in the future should I need to. Not sure why it's difficult this time, I was at least eventually able to find it in the past.
