How do I fix/set up my PS3 Power A pro EX controller for Left 4 Dead 2?

So I went to the L4D2 properties on steam and the typed in exec 360controller, then I launched the game. The controller I'm using is a wired Power A pro ex PS3 controller, but I figured that it would recognized it as a 360 controller because the controller layout is a 360 controller. The controller works but the problem is, is that my controls are all messed up and idk how to fix it? Yes I tried it in the option but It only list Keyboard and mouse controls (yes I have gamepad enable obviously or else the controller wouldn't work at all) For example R2 is to pause and left on the second analog stick is to use a weapon. Please help idk how to fix this

Ps3 controllers shouldnt actually be used for pc. Only the xbox controllers can because there from microsoft. Though there are programms that can help configurate the controls right on the ps3 controller

But the thing is, is that it does recognize my controller as a 360 controller, I need help with fixing the button layout, its all messed up and i can't change it in the options.

If so, I apologise - BetterDS3 is safe, it must have been one of the popups (I use ublock so don't get them).
