Port royale 1
I need help i have port royale 1 my problem is in windows 9 the game was been fine but on windows 10 port royale is flashing

There's no such thing as "Windows 9".
Anyway, ask in the game forum.

OK, we understand that the game is not on steam, so really, what are your chances that you will find someone on here that can help you? Not being rude, just logical.

Its an older game, maybe run it in compatilibity mode. Are you playing it on GOG?
