Can't change steam password

Steam guard says someone is trying to access my account, however when I go to change my password in the settings/account tab, Password Reset is not clickable. help! please and thank you

Do not reset your password, unless you no longer have access to your account. Just change it.

Its not letting me change it. On steam client I go to settings/account/ and under manage steam guard it should let me click on password change, but it is not highlighted and is unclickable.

Figured it out. It will not let you change it if steam is not updated. Thanks guys.

Can't change my password. Trying to do so via steam support sends me round in circles -
support - login - what problems - password change - steam support - login - what problems ETC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this is driving me crazy.
If my account gets hacked it's not my fault.

Hey! Sorry Im late replying to you. I figured it out. All I had to do was update my steam, and then I was able to correctly change my password through the steam client! I hope this helps you man
