Keyboard missing/skipping letters

The title basically says it all.. My keyboard has been doing this for the last 2 months or so. It really makes my life difficult as i have to do a lot of work with computers and i have to retype every other word i write.
Not to mention how hard gaming is now, especially strategy.

The problem started out of the blue. One day suddenly my keyboard just started skipping letters and spaces. Nothing fixes this, no amount of restarts, messing around in the settings or keyboard cleaning makes a difference.
I'll provide a sample text of what my writing looks like without correcting the typos.

You can see why i'm not too pleased with the situation..
Running on windows 8.1 and no i don't know the model of the keyboard other than its a HP one.
And no, no switching keyboards or batteries helps either (Its wireless)
