hello everyone,few days ago i discoverd that someone hacked to my paypal account,and bought a lot of expensive things for a while.when i saw that,i just locked my paypal account. i went to my company,and told them about it ,and they gave me back my money.everything is fine,until 3 days ago. i just saw that i have a "red alert" from steam . they locked my account,which i have there expensive skins,and they say that i need to fix it with paypal. now,i dont have the paypal account anymore. i locked it.i cant buy the game again,and my steam is locked. i am ♥♥♥♥♥♥. i went to steam support 3 days ago and told them about it ,and they didnt give me a answer. what do u think,will i get back my account? i just want to pay again for the game,and start playing.last few days i am i got desperate and sad. i have a lot of money there.

this is something you have to work out with steam support and paypal, you effectively did a charge back and no one here can help you with it.

An actual letter, as in through the postal service? An e-mail? Or do you mean you opened a Support ticket? If it's not a Support ticket, you're not likely to receive a response.

Locked or deleted? If you locked it, it still exists. Contact PayPal support.

Every account that every existed on PayPal is still "in existance". They can readily access it, deleted or not.

Steam say close dispute if I want my account unblock. I closed the dispute and they keep it blocked.


I ask partial refund for the big amount of cheaters I didnt broke the steam TOS??

I always wonder what goes through people's minds when they end up doing a chargeback because their card is stolen and somehow manage to affect legitimate purchases like it slipped their mind. Surely they ask which payments should be reversed.

Then again, given the OP seems to have a CSGO smurf account that according to the comments section is clearly headed for a VAC ban maybe the timing and oversight wasn't as coincidental as he makes it sound.
