Turn mono into stereo?

Hi! I'm asking the question here because I'm aren't finding any other programs that can make my microphone turn from mono to stereo and I'm not saying a file, when you are talking to friends, or playing at a game.

So far I've found voicemeeter wich is a good program to tune some sound and have a option to turn your mono microphone into a stereo one. The only problem is that I've been running in some issues and after a while the audio starts crackling. I've tried to fix this, but without any success, even if my fixes prevents the inevitable, after a while it will start again. Do any one knows another program that can do this kine of manoeuver?

For information my mic is actually in a external sound card, (I could plug the jack into the computer but after the sound is ultra terrible). Please help!

There is no magic way to turn a mono microphone into a stereo one. You could in theory duplicate the audio stream and ouput both streams on the left and right channel simultaneously, but that wouldn't be real stereo.
