Ensure that it actually says [Protected by Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator] in Steam > Settings > Account (that it's been more than 7 days since the last time you got that "Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator added" e-mail); and that the trade confirmations are enabled under https://steamcommunity.com/my/edit/settings/
You know, the place where you're actually supposed to do trading? ._.
Click that button to open a trade window and add something from your inventory. If adding an item from your inventory causes a warning to appear, the the problem is with your account and you'll have to contact Support to resolve it. If no warning appears then the problem is with CSLounge and you must contact their support.
After you've checked, cancel the trade rather than clicking accept.
I got Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator since 21.12.2015 and "Confirmation of Trades" were turned on automatically.
Oh, I got info that: "Trade will be held for: 72 hours
- Wpitek. has not been using the Mobile Authenticator for 7 days or has turned off trade confirmations"
But in settings I got trade confirmations enabled :C
That's not possible. The date you activated the authenticator is never visible. You likely have not had the authenticator on for 7 days straight yet
