i download mobil guard in my phone 03.01.2016 but i cant deposit pls help me

The 7 days is to the second. You also need confirmation of trades enabled for 7 days. The person you are trading with must meet both requirements.

Depending on time zone. Where Valve is located it's 6:20 PM Jan, 10th. If you're using a time given by Steam/Valve it'll probably be PST, not your local time.

Baring bugs or some other complication you haven't told us about, sometime in the next 5.5 hours. Knowing the exact time you enabled would allow us to give a more precise estimate.

You'll also want to make sure you've enabled Confirmation of Trades.
