Steam Rip Off
I bought Kings Quest chapter 1 and it played nicely until an update came out and chapter 2 so I bought chapter 2.

I found that the game then constantly crashed in chapter 1. No changes to my system other than the update. No support or fix for the problem so I asked for a refund. Response was no refund you played more than 7 hours.

I played for about 12 hours until you broke it with an update. Now its unplayable and not fit for purpose.

What kind of a company are you?

Steam is just a store. Steam/Valve didn't make that game. Ask the developers.
