Can't buy dota 2 items

Recently i add funds into my steam wallets, it shows that my i have sufficient balance to buy treasure in dota 2. However, when i try to purchase that treasure nothing happen although i have enough funds in my steam wallet. Please help me to fix this problem, thankyou.

This is usually because you just added either a new card, PayPal, credit/debit card, etc. This could also be that you haven't waited the "buy from market" wait. When you first make a steam account or have recently disabled Steam Guard it will tell you that you can't buy from the market till "dd/mm/yy". If that doesn't work you could try this as well "disconnect from the game -> exit the Dota 2 client -> relaunch the game -> reconnect into the game" this could work, the game is rather buggy at times. Hope this helps!

hi dad, yes i just add a new card but i try to buy this treasure not in the market but in game. I already try to relaunch the game and relog but i still doesn't work
