Windows 10 switches active window on it's own

I've been having this quite annoying problem with Windows 10 where it will change the active window to whatever is on behind it and do this twice in a row. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ me killed too many times in CS:GO competitive and is beginning to really annoy me.
This happens while in full screen and while not in full screen, but instead of switching tabs, it just makes the active one no longer active as if an invisible window is active in front of it. So it's also quite troublesome while trying to write papers, or, do anything for that matter.
