TD Bank Gift Card Visa Debit
I am having trouble using my Visa Gift card. I know it is activated, and I had all the correct information. Is it even a thing where you can use gift cards? When I submit all my information this is what pops up when I click purchase:

Your purchase has not been completed. Your credit card information has been declined by your credit card company.

Note that in some cases, your credit card company may put a 'hold' on funds in your account, but you will not be charged. After correcting any errors in the information displayed below, please try your purchase again.

I have used both Mastercard and Visa prepaid cards with Steam, they work. Albeit they were not from TD. Contact the bank and ask why the transactions are being declined.
