WOW! Steam mobile token.. Another 7 days waiting...

14 days ago I enabled the mobile token thing.. 7 days ago I could trade so i disabled that mobile thing and I couldnt again trading.. Now is the 7th day of this crap and STILL I can't normally trade.. Nice steam GJ with this..
That mobile thing its good to protect our accounts but why it is also for trading part? It is totally useless for trade in fact that we have that email confirmation.

Type yes if you agree if me. Type no if you dont but please tell me why.

The cooldowns are exactly 7 and 14 days. To the second.

You need to have the authenticator enabled to avoid the holds. You can't just disable it and expect to trade normally.

It is useless to have it.. for trades.. Today I could trade but steam wrote that they send me an email confirmation.. but there was none confirmations.. also they sent a confirmation to my phone also.. The problem is that I have to wait now another 7 days.. and also steam doesnt send me code when I want to activate the mobile think again. I remember the past times that the trade was normal.. everyone were happy and now what?

Mobile auth is currently running with no known issues. Texts are being sent, mails are being received.

It was implemented because people are STILL stupid enough to fall for scams and hijackings. Valve are simply trying to prevent this from happening, and having a second device to protect your account is the best way. Of course, then people lose their phones and forget the backup codes, which doesn't help, so steam have to spend time helping this user because of their own stupid omission.
