This is the system requirments it gives you when you are on the store page:
OS: Windows 7 64bit
Processor: Intel Core i3-2100 or AMD equivalent
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 650 2GB or AMD HD7770 2GB
DirectX: Version 11
Storage: 25 GB available space
No. The system requirements for Rise of the Tomb Raider are a lot higher. Your integrated videochip does not offer the required computing power to run the game.

Depends on your computer. First, does it even have the space to fit a videocard into? Second, does your mainboard have a PCIe x16 slot for your videocard? Third, can your PSU support a videocard? Fourth, how much are you willing to pay for a videocard?

Im terrible for computers so i just searched up some cards can you tell me if they are good?

1st card:EVGA 01G-P3-1302-LR GeForce 8400 GS Graphic Card - 520 MHz Core - 1 GB DDR3 SDRAM - PCI Express 2.0 x16 - 600 MHz Memory

2nd card:EVGA GeForce GT 720 797 MHz 2GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Graphic Card

3rd card:EVGA GeForce GT 610 Graphic Card - 810 MHz Core - 1 GB DDR3 SDRAM - PCI Express 2.0 x16 - 1000 MHz Memory Clock - 64 bit

tell me if you need any more information on the three cards
1st card, absolutely terrible and way below system requirements.
2nd card, abysmal, only useful for office computers and video playback.
3rd card, even worse than the second one.

All three are just bad, bad, bad. Literally a waste of money.

ok any cards you have in mind that you are willing to give a link or the names of?
You'd be better off asking in Hardware and Operating Systems (Link).
Anyway, you haven't answered any of my questions.
