Collector's Sneaky Spats of Sneaking!

Lately I have been trying to improve my Spy loadout, as it is my main class. I already have a Strange Killstreak Lady Killer, and am scouring the trade servers for an Unusual Fancy Fedora. But the last part of my loadout I can not come by from trading. In fact, there are none in existence at the moment! I am trying to create the world's first Collector's Sneaky Spats of Sneaking, and I need your help! I am looking for a "Collector's Sneaky Spats of Sneaking Chemistry Set" and also at least 200 Sneaky Spats of Sneaking. They are only worth 3 Ref, and I sure hope you guys can help me out.
