KOTION EACH headset- Mic won’t work.

I bought a Kotion EACH mic from amazon and after plugging it in the headset’s mic doesn’t function. I looked at the sound settings and found that the Realtek High Definition Audio on both the Playback tab and Recording tab are enabled. The headset’s audio is functioning but the mic is not.
