Can my PC run Rocket League?

I'm thinking about buying Rocket League but I'm not sure whether my PC can run it or not.
Windows edition: Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor: Intel Core i3-3217U CPU @ 1.80GHz
RAM: 4 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000
I obviously can't run it on high settings but can I get playable fps with low settings?

I think you'll absolutely get decent fps on low settings, maybe even run medium

The GPU is the problem, it should work on the lowest settings

Just try to run with the lowest graphics settings, it should work.

Yes you can. However it will ruin your Laptop fast. You have the same one I had. You can run it, but the Laptop is gonna be ruined.

Yes, I would play games on it and after 2 years it got super slow. Can't use it for anything anymore.

Did you try factory resetting your laptop? Maybe that would've fixed it. I already play cs:go a lot on this laptop.

I guess I can bear with that. It's a current generation game so it shouldn't look that bad.
