Trade hold?

so when I went to trade some cards with another person it keeps saying that they are on trade hold for 72 hours and I can uplift this I have to do the phone authenticator thing. so I did that but once I did another trade it still telling me that the trade will be held for 72 hours? does it take a certain amount of time after doing the phone autentication for the trade hold to stop? thank you !

You'll have to wait 7 days after activating mobile authentication before the trade hold restrictions are removed.

Just my 2 cents here....I did a trade and the hold was only 24 hours.

you have to wait 7 days also if another user your trading with don't have mobile authenticate it will still hold trade-

It's 24 hours if you've been friends with the other person for at least 1 year.

I added the Mobile Auth, hoping it would lift that 72 hour hold ... is there anyway to do that? Its for the Holiday Cards, which will just disappear here in another day anyways.... So the trade is for not?

You need the authenticator enabled for 1 full week, there is no way around that timer.

Also, the sale ends in ~1 hour, not 1 day.
