Games launch at 800x600, screen cut off.
Every game I launch launches at an 800x600 resolution despite having a 1920x1080 monitor and resolution setting on Windows. Not only do all games launch in 800x600, between 1/3 to 1/2 of the screen cuts off and moves to the left boundaries of the resolution. I have tried forcing the resolution change by setting the launch options to "/resolution 1920 1080". This works only to a point as parts of the menu overlap. Please help.

UPDATE:
The "/resolution" workaround only works on some games.
