Elder Scrolls Online install problem -- does not go past install launcher **SOLUTION**

Hi,

I tried installing Elder Scrolls Online through Steam and kept having problems with the install launcher starting up but then nothing happening after that. After a LOT of research and time spent on Google, I found a youtube video that solved my problem!! I'd seen that a LOT of people are experiencing the same problem so wanted to share this. PLEASE be sure to share this video around!

ALSO, it requires a HUGE amount of space to install -- about 90gb. So I had to copy and paste the Resource1 folder onto another partition that had more room. Then, I double-clicked on the ESO launcher file and .... VOILA... it's not starting to download! Granted, this installation is not through Steam, and we'll see if I can get the game added after I've installed it. If not, then no biggie..I'll just play it outside of Steam.
