So im going to say no.
You have to reinstall as a 64-bit OS
Windows won't upgrade you to 64-bit. It only upgrades you along the same architecture.
An upgrade to windows 10 will get you to 32-bit windows 10. Thats it
That's good to know, thanks. I have 64bit Win 7, so it wont be a problem for me. As I understand it 32 bit are more or less obsolete with regards to running newer software.
Are you running Win 10? I am kicking my heals in letting go of Win 7!
