Steam is Only downloading games (and updates) using Disk but no Network
I have this issue where my steam only seems to download games using the Disk only and no network. This is frustrating as it takes now upwards of an hour to install a 28.2 MB update. I really want to be able to play my games and not wait for like 2 hours for an update to install so could anyone help me?

Note that disk usage means that its writing the fiels out. A 28MB patch could be patching a 20GB file. Either yhour hard disk is very slow, or it could be your AV is blocking the patching making it slower than normal

Ok, I understand I think It might be a slow hard disk. But I will try the AV thing. Ty
