Typically its your profile URL. You can also describe that you need the ID for.

I would presume its a Source game server? Type status into the console and copy your ID then. Or just try it with your profile URL.

Sign into steam on your browser and the URL will show your ID number.

or right click your profile page to copy it or enable URL in the steam client.
steam>settings>interface

if you going to appeal here you need the steamID32
