Steam trade URL bug

I recently attempted to upload my trade url to OPskins.com. When I did it said that my inventory was empty. I know fairly well I have plenty of skins to sell. So I went and tried all possible fixes. But then I stumbled across steamid.com. I inputed my steam trade URL and learned that my steam trade URL is NOT me. I tried changing my trade URL multiple times but it still pointed towards some random account. Here is my trade URLhttps://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/new/?partner=198208541&token=7Vnfe2nE

what do you mean? Nothing shows. Simply the market.

you get restriction messages on the market page that are clear to work with.

looks like you have no restrictions or maybe the new 7 day restriction for canceling holds does not get listed yet there.

did you cancel trades on hold?

I dont have any trades on hold or that I cancelled. Ive only traded 4 times in my life.
But the trade URL, if you go to steamid.co, is not me. I copy and pasted it there and it points to someone named "shock"

Top right under FAQ. Copy and paste a trade URL to find the account associated with it

does not work for me like that.
the trade URL is random.

how do you use it to find the account exactly?

just for fun change your name and I trade invite you again.
if the name is changed it is just you.

Well. When im at the website there is a box in the top right. I paste the trade URL in the box and i hit enter, then the account associated with it pops up. I can then go to their steam and view the account
Btw i viewed the account my trade URL was associated with and indeed, they had no skins
