Steam trade URL bug

I recently attempted to upload my trade url to OPskins.com. When I did it said that my inventory was empty. I know fairly well I have plenty of skins to sell. So I went and tried all possible fixes. But then I stumbled across steamid.com. I inputed my steam trade URL and learned that my steam trade URL is NOT me. I tried changing my trade URL multiple times but it still pointed towards some random account. Here is my trade URLhttps://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/new/?partner=198208541&token=7Vnfe2nE
and here is the person it keeps pointing me to

Put in my trade URL and it leads right to that guy

Rephrase that. Why wont it pick up my trade URL?

I am not sure is your steam guard enabled?
steam>settings>account

it is not working because you can not trade for whatever reason.

did the market page open in the steam client or a web browser?

The market page opened in the web browser. And my steam gaurd is enabled

please login to your steam account in the web browser and check the messages again on the market page.

or check it in the steam client :S
