What would happen if I removed a game from my Library and repurchased it?
So Valve didn't like me and banned me for not cheating. I removed the game from my account because what's the point of a game if you were banned on it for nothing and was just curious what would happen if I repurchased it.

I'm prolly not going to even try to repurchase it anyways even on a different steam account.

Update: I did try it and it does not. Although once you remove a game from your library you can reactivate it through the support page.
Also if you try to play a friends game through Family Sharing you'll get disconnection errors.

VAC ban is permanent, repurchasing the game will not lift it.

You can remove a game from your library permenently via the Support Team, however when you repurchase the game, you will still be VAC banned. The VAC ban is tied to your Steam account, not to your CD Key.

First of all you can''t remove a game from your account. Even if you tried to do this and repurchased it, you'd still be banned in it.

The only think you can do is make a new account and buy it there AND don't cheat
You mean buy it and don't play it. Also yes you can... if you just simply look at the steam help page and click on the game you want to remove it says "Remove this game from my account" or something like that.

Also doesn't matter if I was banned unfairly since Valve can get away with it just as they can get away with the personal information cache glitch on the 25th. They simply program a thing into VAC that auto bans random players and they're golden to get more money. Although they should of prolly chosen someone who didn't have 9 hours over the past 3 years but I guess they're hoping i'll care enough to rebuy all my games on a 2nd account. Idk all just speculation it prolly was a mistake that they could care less about fixing. I honestly don't care (about not being able to play csgo).

Anyways thanks for the help.

your call of duty screenshot looks like you modded the game to me.
maybe that's your reason.

Lol what? Call of Duty screenshots? What do those have to do with anything? Yes I played CoD WaW custom maps. if you want a link to my Youtube you can find it on my Steam profile and if you want me to play more I can play more.
What does CoD have to do with anything anyways? World At War isn't even protected by VAC...

Anyways that's enough. The question has been answered.
BlaBla Dec 30, 2015 @ 10:42pm
did I say CoD has anything to do with it?
VAC bans for modifying core game files.
if you do it in one game you usually do it in others.

you sure respond like a cheat good luck with it.

Lol modify game files? So essensially you're saying everyone who plays Skyrim still because of the mods also hack in games? lolbro go back to console... no wait... Fallout 4 on console has mods so... I guess go back to Xbox 360 and Atari 2600.

Also really? So does that means trolls like Mino. Burns also hacks because of his personality?

You won't get a VAC ban for modifying the files in one game to get banned in another. VAC bans are rarely wrong, so if you get VAC'd in CS:GO it's because of something you did in CS:GO, not CoD.

skyrrim does not have VAC and modding a game is adding files not modifying the core files.
in games that allow modding.

Neither does World At War and it also allows modifying core files... What's your point... that's like me saying modding in Fallout New Vegas is wrong but modding in Fallout 4 is perfectly fine because they allow it... so does New Vegas (I think. I don't own New Vegas).

Also I unsubbed from this discussion. I couldn't handle your logic of "i'm right because you're wrong"

I did not say world of war did not allow it or was the game that got you banned.
