How to watch a video/youtube and still be able to click etc in game?
So, I know you can open a browser through the steam overlay, but I still have to keep shift tabbing to do things in game.

Is there any way to make it so I can have like a minimized browser window in one corner of my screen and be able to play the game without having to alt tab or shift tab to the overlay?

buy another monitor and use a 3rd party monitor managing program

There is no other way? I don't really want to have to turn my view away from the games monitor to the one playing the video.

put your game windowed in the right size.

NO idea. I just suggested it as the idea came to mind as I sit here at work with dual monitors.

Resize the video and move it so it is right next to your gaming screen...sheesh
