FIFA 15 game is using 90-100% CPU Usage

Hello! And thank you for taking the time to read this thread!

So today I wanted to play some FIFA 15 that I previously bought when it came out, So I logged in to origin and downloaded fully and installed it. To my surprise I only could get 10 fps on the menus and on the match, And I think its not my specs, because I can run GTA V at 60fps (min 50) with some settings in high and very high, And only on fifa my pc shoots trough 99 usage I searched online and on the EA forums and other websites and some people have this problem,and I have tried several options on the FIFA Config and on Nvidia control panel, and none worked. Also FIFA 16 Works at 60 fps in the highest settings.

GTX 960 2GB OC
1TB 7200RPM
8GB DDR3 RAM
