Using AutoHotkey program on game not available on steam

Hello everyone.
So I want to ask you can I use AutoHotkey program for game called Metin2. That game is not for steam, however while using that program I want to play another game on steam. So metin2 and autohotkey would be running in background.
Can I get VAC ban? :D

TL:DR :
Can I get VAC ban while playing steam game when I have open MMO and autohotkey in background.

true. But make sure u dont run any other games or hacks at the sametime because it will increase the chance but I can defenitly say that autohotkey dosen't get you banned

I just want to play some indie games from bundles without multiplayer option while running autohotkey and metin2 in background

there is nothing that scans steam for "cheats" and unfair advantages.

a game needs to be VAC enabled and VAC only bans for cheats and core file modifications.
autohotkey is not a cheat.

Thanks for that big explanation. Now I'm 100% sure. When I was googling I saw 50% good and 50% bad replies. Now I see. Time to close it. Hope this topic will usefull for someone in future.
